- Analyse as is business processes based on interviews and workshops with management, key users and other stakeholders.
- Document your current business processes and have them validated.
- Make a long list of improvement ideas, pain points and challenges that forms the basis for further analysis.
- Draft new to be processes and make sure they are validated by all stakeholders.
- Upon request, I can further unravel and document processes into subprocesses, Epics and User Stories.
