We have invested a lot of resources in the development of a new CRM tool, but user adoption after go-live is very low. We fear our estimated Return-on-Investment will never be realised.
Sales Manager of Company X
Our sales people currently use their email inbox for their day-to-day activities. We want to introduce a new CRM tool to improve collaboration, visibility on activity levels and sales forecasting. But where do we start?
Project Manager at Company Y
Management has reviewed and validated business processes for a new CRM system. But during demo's, key users gave input that processes do not match how things are done in real life. This causes a lot of rework and extra development costs.

What is my take on Business Processes and Change Management in projects?

My Vision

Stacks Image 155
A growing number of companies are starting to develop new apps, launching online communities and implementing new CRM systems, with the purpose of improving total customer experience.

At the start of such a project, they often focus very hard on finding the software solution that maps perfectly with every single functionality that might be needed in the future.

At the same time, two other crucial activities are neglected or totally skipped in many cases:

  1. Reviewing Business Processes
  2. Change Management Activities

Neglecting above elements, will without a doubt lead to projects running over budget, over time and missing key objectives.

My Mission

I want to help companies align their valuable human assets with their business processes and software tools. My activities focus strongly on two crucial activities that are often forgotten in projects:

  1. A thorough business process review that shows the company's current process challenges and pain points. At the same time, such a review allows you to discover all improvement ideas that already exist in the minds of your employees.
  2. Preparing and implementing all necessary change management activities that improve user adoption of software tool and new business processes.

Clear and validated processes, the right software tool and great user adoption are the three foundations of a successful software project.

My Approach
